Pressure Cooker Tuscan Bean Soup

  • 1 (2-inch long) sprig fresh rosemary
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 4 ounces kale, stems removed, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Grated parmesan for garnish
  • Minced parsley for garnish
