  • 1 can tomato soup, 10 ounces
  • 20 ounces water
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with juice, 28 ounces
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
