  • 1 tablespoon chia seed
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar unpacked
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries chopped into small pieces
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • ½ cup liquid egg whites in carton
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ¼ cup warm water
