Garlic Parmesan roasted Brussels
Ingredients
  • 16 oz Brussels sprouts
  • 3T olive oil
  • ½ t salt and pepper
  • 1 t Italian seasonings
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • ½ C grated Parmesan
Steps

  2. - Preheat oven to 400.
  3. - Trim the bottom off the Brussel Sprouts then slice in half top to bottom and rinse.
  4. - Prepare a large baking sheet. Line with parchment paper if you wish.
  5. - Pat the Brussel Sprouts dry with a paper towel and place in a large bowl.
  6. - Add olive oil, salt and pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic and parmesan. Toss gently to coat evenly.
  7. - Place on the prepared baking sheet, spreading evenly into one layer.
  8. - Bake 25 to 30 min until golden brown.
  9. - Enjoy
  10. *Makes 6 servings.
