Spicy Pork Bulgogi (Jeyuk Bokkeum)

  • ½ small asian pear, cut into chunks
  • ½ yellow onion, cut into chunks
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rice syrup or honey
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • ¼ cup gochujang
  • Pinch ground black pepper
  • ½ yellow onion, thinly sliced
