Crunchy Red Cabbage and Green Apple Sesame Slaw
Ingredients

  • ¼ cup TAHINI

  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • ¼ to ½ teaspoon toasted sesame oil (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt

  • 4 cups packed, thinly sliced or shredded red cabbage (200g)
  • 1 large or two small apples (I recommend Granny Smith), peeled and julienned (150g)
  • 3 tablespoons HEMP HEARTS
