A Good Housekeeping Recipe
Ingredients
  • ¼ C. Marscapone cheese, room temperature
  • 6 ounces raspberries, room temperature
  • ½ C. cold heavy cream
Steps
  1. Beat marscapone with raspberries until fully incorporated.
  2. Gradually add cold heavy cream.
  3. Increase speed and beat mixture until soft peaks form.
