  • 2 Tablespoons Water - Cold will mix best

  • 2 Pounds Chicken Thighs - or Chicken Breast (less fat)
  • 2 Tablespoons Corn Starch
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil - Toasted (or Other Oil)
