1 cup finely chopped toasted pecans (but I like pistachios)

3⁄4 cup vegetable oil

1⁄2 cup coconut

1 (3 ½ ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix

subheading: COVER-UP ICING:

2 (1 ½ ounce) envelopes dry whipped dessert topping mix

1 1⁄2 cups cold milk

1 (3 ½ ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix

1⁄2 cup coconut

1⁄2 cup chopped toasted pecans or ½ cup pistachios
