These muffins are Bright Line Eating compliant. No sugar. No flour. Enjoy!!

Ingredients
  • 1 oz oats
  • 4 oz bananas (smooshed)
  • 1 egg (beaten = ½ protein)
  • ½ oz nut butter
  • ½ oz chopped nuts
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 2 oz frozen blueberries or other fruit
Steps
  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl, mix, place in greased muffin pan.
  2. Bake 350 about 30 to 35 minutes.
Notes
  • This recipe makes 5 to 6 muffins depending on how much batter you put in each muffin but ALL or the ENTIRE thing equals ONE serving!!
