Mongolian Ground Beef with Noodles {Gluten-Free, Paleo, Aip}
Ingredients
  • SCALE 1x 2x 3x
  • ½ cup coconut aminos
  • ¼ cup beef broth
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tbsp +  2 tsp arrowroot starch
  • 8 oz gluten-free spaghetti (use cassava spaghetti for AIP)
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 2 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper (omit for AIP)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 thumb ginger, grated
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
