These are reminiscent of PayDay candy bars, but in this case they won’t harm your health or your waistline. This recipe is found in the "Candies and Bars" section of the Trim Healthy Mama Cookbook, page 381. It is a multiple serve recipe that makes approximately 16 candies.
  • 1/4 cup THM Gentle Sweet
  • 2 doonks THM Pure Stevia Extract Powder (optional, if you have a real sweet tooth)
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Tbsp heavy cream
  • 1/8 tsp caramel extract
  • 2 tsp natural peanut butter (sugar-free)
  • 2 pinches mineral salt (2 to 3 pinches)
  • 3/4 cup peanuts (chopped)
