Crockpot Salisbury Steak

I'm grandma to 7 sweet granddaughters. To keep from getting bored with cooking, I continually look for good recipes with easy preparation and a minimum number of common ingredients.

½ large onion, sliced

2½ cups beef broth

2 tablespoons ketchup

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons cornstarch

1 tablespoon water
