Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 ounces fresh bean sprouts
  • ⅓ cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 1 cup cooked small shrimp
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • ½ c canned mushrooms
  • ½ c peas and carrots
Steps
  1. Beat eggs together.
  2. Add remaining ingredients except for oil. Mix well.
  3. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
  4. Put ½ c of mixture into the skillet to make a patty.  Fry until golden brown (about 4 minutes per side) Repeat with remaining egg mixture
  5. 2 sp per serving
