Confetti Popcorn with Sprinkles & White Chocolate Drizzle
Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup popped popcorn kernels *about 8 cups after popping
  • ⅔ cup white chocolate chips *see note below
  • ¾ teaspoon coconut oil *see note below
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons rainbow sprinkles

  • Chocolate/coconut oil: Coconut oil is handy in this recipe because it will thin your melted chocolate, making it easier to drizzle atop popcorn. You can get by without it, but evenly distributing your chocolate will be more difficult. You can also use white chocolate candy melts instead of chips. When melted, they reach a nice drizzling texture (without coconut oil). I simply prefer the flavor of chips ever so slightly!
