Hot & Smoky Rigatoni Bake
Ingredients
  • 1 pound TJ's Rigatoni Pasta
  • 1 package (about 1 pound) TJ's Hot Italian Sausage, casing removed
  • 2 teaspoons TJ's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoons TJ's Smoked Paprika
  • 1 ¾ jars TJ's Tomato Basil Marinara
  • 1 cup TJ's Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese
  • ½ cup TJ's Grated Parmesan, divided
  • 2 cups grated TJ's Smoked Mozzarella Cheese
  • Fresh Basil, shredded, for garnish (optional)
  • note: TJ's Tip: Place Smoked Mozzarella in the freezer for 15 to 20 minutes prior to grating.
