Gingersnap Cream Cheese Pumpkin Pie with Mile High Whipped Cream

  • 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie mix)
  • 10 Gingersnaps, crushed

  • 2 cups heavy cream

  • 1 cup crushed Gingersnaps
