  • ½ tsp sea salt (optional)
  • 1 zucchini or 3 to 4 potatoes
  • 2 to 3 tbsps freshly squeezed lime juice, or more to taste

  • ¼ cup loosely packed, roughly chopped fresh mint leaves
  • ¼ cup loosely packed, roughly chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • ¼ cup loosely packed, roughly chopped fresh Thai basil or sweet basil
  • 1 to 2 tsps chopped ripe hot peppers
  • 4 lime wedges
