Lemon-Poppy Seed Zucchini Bread ip
Ingredients
  • butter-flavored cooking spray
  • 1 ½ cups Water
  • 1 cup ⁄2butter softened
  • 1 ⅓ cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon table salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
  • ½ cup nonfat Plain Yogurt storebought, or a recipe for your own in the Instant Pot at the bottom.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon rind grated
  • 1 cup Zucchini shredded
  • subheading: To Make Your Own Plain Yogurt:
  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt with live active cultures, room temperature
  • 2 quarts milk any percentage will work
