Clyde’s 65th
Ingredients
  • 1 chopped onion sautéed
  • 4 large mushrooms sliced
  • Veggie sausage
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cups veggie broth
  • 1 c plant milk
  • ½ cup flour, browned
  • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons brown rice flour OR regular all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp thyme
Steps
  1. Saute onions, add mushrooms & garlic. Add ½ c broth.
  2. Stir in flour, thyme & garlic powder.
  3. Add remainder of broth & milk, add veggie sausage.
  4. Cool over low heat till thick.
