Tangy Honey-Glazed Ham
personalize by adding some smoky chili powder, hot paprika, and a bit of garlic, "It came out sweet, smoky with a touch of heat

Instead of brushing on the glaze last, I dumped the entire glaze mixture onto the ham and into a baking bag with the ham. I tossed in some pineapple slices too."
Ingredients
  • 1 (10 pound) fully-cooked, bone-in ham
  • 1 ¼ cups packed dark brown sugar
  • ⅓ cup pineapple juice
  • ⅓ cup honey, or more to taste
  • ⅓ large orange
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 ½ teaspoons lemon juice, or to taste (Optional)
