  • 4 oz butter/olive oil (no use)
  • ½ c. Chicken broth
  • Sugar free BBQ Sauce

  • 1 lb. shredded coleslaw mix
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1 carrot thinly slivered
  • 4 celery stalks, thinly sliced (opt)
  • ½ to 1 serrano/jalapeno pepper, minced (opt)
  • 3 scallions, thinly sliced (opt)
  • 1 cup thinly sliced red onion (opt)
  • ½ c. cilantro leaves (opt)
  • subheading: Dressing:
  • ⅓ cup canola/olive oil
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar/lime
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Steps
