CHERRY KIRSH ICECREAM
A ice cream made with cream And swiss cherry Brandy

Ingredients
  • 5       quarts half and half
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 2cups  Swiss cherry brandy
  • 1cup edible food coloring half red half orange
  •  
  • 1 tablespoon almond extract
Steps
  1. heat the half and half in a half boiler   till it thickens add the sugar let simmer ½ hour
  2. remove from heat
  3. when cool add eggs Blend well with mixer
  4. add the cherry brandy and almond extract
  5. mix the colors and add to mixture
  6. whip mixture till thick place in Ice cream maker
  7. serve when semisolid
