- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 packets Starbucks Via or 3 to 4 teaspoons espresso powder (edit: orig recipe was 1 to 2 tsp)
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
- ½ teaspoons salt
- ½ cup sugar for rolling
