Chicken bacon and spinach pie
Ingredients

  • 40g butter
  • 60g plain flour
  • 300g chicken stock
  • 100g milk
  • Rosemary
  • Filling
  • Chopped chicken
  • Olive oil
  • 4 rashes bacon
  • Small onion
  • Garlic
Steps
  1. Sauce..   6 mins 90 add rosemary
  2. Filling
  3. Olive oil, garlic, onion, chop 3 seconds speed 5
  4. Scrape..add chopped bacon saute 5 mins 100 speed 1
  5. Add chopped left over chicken
  6. Add sauce,
  7. Add a few handfuls of spinach
  8. Shortcrust pasty made in thermomix
  9. Line dish with pastry
  10. Put in filling
  11. Pastry on top
  12. Cook 200 25mins
