Whole Wheat Pumpkin Spiced Waffles
Ingredients
  • 1 ¾ cup freshly ground {soft} whole wheat flour {or you can use 1 ½ cups of AP flour or 1 ½ cups of whole wheat flour from the store}
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup of sucanat {or brown sugar}
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 6 Tbsp butter, melted {preferably raw/grass fed/organic butter}
