Beef and Broccoli Ramen Stir Fry (Gluten Free)
Ingredients
  • 4 blocks Lotus Foods Rice Ramen, or 12 oz gluten free capellini or thin noodle. OR 3 cups veggie noodle of your choice for a Whole30 option, cooked
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil, or oil of choice
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups chopped broccoli florets
  • ½ cup water
  • Salt, to taste
  • chopped green onions (for garnish), if desired
  • subheading: Stir Fry Sauce:
  • ½ cup coconut aminos
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground ginger, can sub 2 tsp minced fresh ginger
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes, omit for less spice
  • 1 tsp arrowroot powder
