  • ½ cup diced Bosc pear about ½ pear
  • ½ cup diced Granny Smith apple about ½ apple
  • ½ cup diced dried apricots
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons Mike’s Hot Honey
