Bacon Ranch Jalapeño Poppers
Ingredients
  • 6 large jalapeños halved & deseeded Filling was 8 ounce block of cream cheese mixed with 2 tablespoons ranch mix (I used Hidden Valley) & Generous ¼ cup sour cream Filled each half jalapeño with filling mixture & wrapped in one slice bacon Baked at 425 degrees filling side down for 12 min & filling side up for 15 min I did have a fair amount of filling left over
