Ingredients
  • 3 grams of soluble fiber from oatmeal daily in a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol may reduce the risk of heart disease.

  • ½ cup Quaker Oats
  • ½ cup nonfat milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ cup blueberries and ⅓ cup banana, sliced
  • Add Quaker Oats to your container of choice and pour in milk and vanilla. Add a layer of blueberries and banana slices. Place in fridge and enjoy in the morning or a few hours later.
  • 4 cups Quaker Oats
  • 2 cups non-fat milk and 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp honey and 1 egg plus 1 egg white, beaten
