Spanish Chicken

2 large chicken breast cut into 1" cubes

2 small red potatoes, peeled and diced into 1" cubes

1 red onion, diced

2 carrots, peeled and sliced

1 can tomato sauce

1 tblsp dried oregano

2 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp onion powder

2 tsp Adobo powder (found in most supermarkets in the Spanish foods aisle)

3 tblsp Goya Sofrito (found in the Spanish section of the freezer aisle)

2 cans of chicken broth (not shown in picture)
