Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup 2 % or lower Daisy cottage cheese (1 % or lower for brands with extra additives)
  • ½ to 1 tablespoon [eafl id=2209 name=”Super Sweet” text=”Super Sweet Blend”] or 1 to 2 tablespoons Truvia or Pyure
  • 1 medium fresh lime - juiced or 2 or 3 key limes
  • 2 or 3 frozen or fresh strawberries
  • 1 or 2 tablespoon half and half for FP or 2 tablespoons cream for S
  • 2 tablespoons [eafl id=2175 name=”Pristine Whey Protein” text=”Pristine Whey Protein”] or other plain and on plan protein powder
  • ½ teaspoon xanthan gum or  [eafl id=2176 name=”Gluccie” text=”THM Gluccie”] (optional and Now brand will work in this smoothie also)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or unsweetened cashew milk
