One-Bowl Quinoa Breakfast Bake
Ingredients
  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1 ½ cup orange juice
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 Tablespoons flax meal (can substitute with 2 eggs if not vegan)
  • ½ Tablespoon coconut oil, melted
  • ¾ cup craisins ( I recommend Newman’s Organic brand)
  • 1 Tablespoon orange zest
  • subheading: optional toppings:
  • - sliced almonds
  • - orange slices
  • - almond butter and banana slices
