Ingredients
  • Olive oil
  • ½ Yellow Onion small dice
  • 4 cloves of Garlic minced
  • Red pepper flakes
  • 28oz can of crushed San Marzano tomatoes I also like to use whole tomatoes and blend them before adding
  • 1 tbsp of Sugar
  • Fresh Basil
  • 1 ½ cups of Whole Milk Ricotta
  • ½ cup of grated Parmigiano Cheese
  • ¼ cup of Whole Milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • Fresh parsley Chopped
  • 1 lb of hot italian sausage crumbled (I like to use half hot and half sweet)
  • 1 box of rigatoni pasta
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella/mozzarella slices
