Pork loin sauce
I served this over potatoes, it would be over noodles 9

Ingredients
  • Cooked pork loin roast.. mine was about 3 pounds
  • Fat from the roast after solidifying
  • Oil. Maybe 3 tbl
  • Flour a good ¾ cup or so
  • Milk around 3 cups
  • Chicken base
  • Or broth 5 ish cups
  • Onion powder.

Steps
  1. Put the fat and oil in the pan, add a little of the pork and cook some. Then add in flour and cook a few. Add in water or broth. Simmer awhile. Add in milk. Onion powder. And chicken base, probably 1 and ½ to 2 tbl to taste.
  2. Add in pork and simmer till eat.
