  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • subheading: ORANGE FROSTING:
  • 1 cup (224g) unsalted butter
  • 4 cups (460g) powdered sugar
  • 3 to 4 tbsp (45 to 60ml) freshly squeezed orange juice
  • ½ tbsp finely grated orange zest
  • Orange gel icing color
