  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper
  • ½ cup cucumbers, diced
  • ½ cup carrots, shredded
  • ¼ cup green onions, chopped
  • 4 to 6 romaine leaves
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup salsa
  • Hot sauce, for flavor (optional)
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
