Ingredients
  • 4 packages crescent rolls
  • 3 8-oz cream cheese blocks, softened
  • 1½ cups sugar
  • 5 tsp. vanilla
  • cinnamon/sugar mixture
Steps
  1. Sprinkle cinnamon/sugar on jelly roll pan.
  2. Spread half of the crescent rolls into bottom of jelly roll pan.
  3. Mix together cheese, sugar and vanilla and spread over bottom layer of crescent rolls.
  4. Sprinkle more cinnamon/sugar over cheese mixture.
  5. Arrange the remaining rolls on top of the cheese mixture.
  6. Top with additional cinnamon/sugar.
  7. Bake at 350⁰F for 25 to 30 minutes (until brown).
  8. Turn off oven and leave pastry in with the door open to let cheese set somewhat.
  9. Cut into squares while still warm but not as soon as you remove from the oven.
  10. Chill and serve.
