Ingredients
  • 2 cups raw cashews (use silken tofu or white beans for less calories)
  • 2 cups water
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1 bunch cilantro (cut off end of stems, leave the other stem bits)
  • 1 tsp agave
  • 10 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 large tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
Steps
  1. Blend with high power blender.
  2. I serve this over Napa cabbage with rice noodles, bell pepper, baked tofu, green onions.
