Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp sweetener (use your sweetener of choice, I used granular monkfruit in this one)
  • 3 tbsp egg whites (OR 1 egg white)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ⅛ to ¼ tsp lemon zest
  • subheading: Lemon Glaze:
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp powdered sweetener (you can use granular too)
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ⅛ tsp lemon zest (if you want hints of lemon, use less zest)
