  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup dry white wine
  • 2 cloves garlic , minced
  • ½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon capers , drained
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • fresh lemon slices , for serving
  • chopped fresh parsley , for serving
