Cheddar burgers

  • ground beef, shredded cheddar, salt and pepper to taste, dill pickles
  1. Divide ground beef into large patties using a hamburger press
  2. Salt and pepper each side and add to pan
  3. Cook on medium heat on each side until it begins to blacken. Turn off heat.
  4. Once the burger is done, sprinkle with cheddar cheese and cover so it will melt.
  5. Remove from pan once melted and serve with a side of dill pickles and reduced sugar ketchup.
