Ingredients
  • I had a 3.7lb chuck pot roast
  • 4 large carrots cut into thick chunks
  • 1.5lbs baby golden potatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • ¼ cup water and 2 tbsp corn starch ( I had to double that for mine)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
