Aip/ Paleo Japanese Ginger Salad Dressing

  • ½ c avocado oil or extra virgin olive oil
  • ⅓ c Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 2 Tbsp minced fresh ginger root
  • 2 Tbsp minced  celery
  • 2 Tbsp grated  carrots
  • 2 tsp coconut aminos
  • 2 tsp fish sauce
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp minced garlic
  • ½ tsp raw honey optional
