Steak and Mushroom Kabobs with Mint Yogurt Dip
Ingredients
  • 2 pounds sirloin steak, cut in 1-inch cubes

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • ½ cup finely chopped mint
  • salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
