Grilled Shrimp with Palapa
Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. Diamond Crystal or 2 tsp. Morton kosher salt

  • 2 lb. jumbo shrimp, preferably head-on, peeled, deveined
  • Vegetable oil (for grill)
