  • ⅓ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons Truvia brown sugar (or brown sugar)
  • 1 teaspoon baking stevia
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder , optional
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • subheading: Topping:
  • 1 tablespoon reduced fat cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder or powdered sugar
  • ½ tablespoon Truvia brown sugar (or brown sugar)
  • ⅛ tsp cinnamon
  • Dash milk, enough to make topping come together
