I use Coconut Oil, Macadamia Oil or Grass-Fed Butter because True Research reveals Canola and Veggie Oils are actually Toxic to our Health. Commenters made a few interesting Variations to this Recipe!
Ingredients
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 1⁄2 teaspoons macadamia oil
  • 1 1⁄2 teaspoons honey
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon lecithin powder
  • 3 cups spelt flour (white)
  • 3 tablespoons powdered milk
  • 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
