Ingredients
  • 8oz brussels sprouts
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 inch (about 1 tbsp) ginger
  • ½ cup peanuts
  • 6 to 8 Tian Jin peppers
  • peanut oil
  • corn starch slurry (2 tbsp corn starch dissolved in water)
  • subheading: INGREDIENTS (sauce):
  • 4 tbsp low sodium soy sauce (or 2 tbsp full sodium soy sauce)
  • 1 tbsp shaoxing wine
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp chili crisp oil
