Ingredients
  • 1 lg. head cauliflower, cooked until very tender
  • 1 can chickpeas or other white bean (1.5c if home cooked)
  • ⅓ c. nutritional yeast
  • 1 c. walnuts
  • garlic powder (I use a lot), salt, pepper to taste
  • water enough to get the consistency you want
